One instinct, applied twice: don't rent the thing that produces the value — own it, and let the creditworthy pay to use it.
Two halves, one thesis
01 — Real estate
Credit tenants, Moody's-rated. The value isn't timed to a market — it's manufactured. A property with three years of term left trades wide; get the tenant to sign an early renewal out to six or eleven, and the same asset is worth 20–50% more the day the ink dries, before a dollar of rent changes hands.
Blend and extend. Underwriting, not speculation.
02 — The platform
Not a seat on someone's SaaS. Self-hosted on his own infrastructure: his servers, his render pipeline, his model routing, his costs measured per second. Song in, finished multi-language film package out.
Named for the Tipo 26 — the first car Maserati ever built, in 1926.
How it started
Not sceptical — opposed. He sat across from an AI researcher in a Manhattan club and asked, seriously, whether the AI could be taken off his phone. It was filtering his photos, rerouting his searches, deciding things for him. The answer was that it couldn't be removed, and that the only real choice left was which side of it you stood on.
He put two thousand personal hours into standing on the other side. Not learning to prompt — learning the stack, then building one. What came out was a production studio he owns end to end, and the first thing he did with it was give a writer's decades of unheard lyrics a voice.
A song of his has since been placed in a feature film. He produces tracks for other artists under the name SizzleC. And the studio now turns out complete, investor-grade film packages — trailer, score, narration in three languages — in a day.
The stack
Sixteen moving parts, self-hosted, operated by one person. Every stage measured — because a pipeline you don't own the economics of isn't a pipeline you own.
Evidence
Two feature packages produced through the studio. Trailers, original scores and narration in English, Italian and Mandarin — all of it generated in-house.
